- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education
- Experience in early childhood or primary education is preferred
- Strong understanding of child development, and early literacy & math instruction
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state and district curriculum standards
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that foster respect, responsibility, and independence
- Work collaboratively with grade-level teams, support staff, and administration to ensure student success.
- Maintain open and positive communication with families through conferences, newsletters, and digital platforms
