• Administrative Tasks: Process invoices, proposals, and dispatch entries with accuracy; provide customer and employee support.
• Communication & Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental coordination, negotiate vendor contracts, and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications:
• 5 years in the HVAC industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and dispatch tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools and forklift operations.
