Sparta Capital Management, a rapidly growing specialty finance company focused on service contracts (vehicle and home warranties) and insurance premium financing, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial & Risk Management Analyst. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial and risk management operations as we scale our business and renew a larger credit facility. The successful candidate will report directly to the President of Sparta Capital and work closely with the CFO of our holding company, Marathon Group. They will also collaborate with senior lenders, subordinated lenders, and potentially contribute to other subsidiary companies within the group.
