Qualifications Required
- Current, Unrestricted APRN or PA License

Sparta Community Hospital district has needs in our Primary Care Clinic, Mobile Units and Convenient Care Clinic. Schedules can be flexible and offer opportunities to practice in more then one setting. Both new graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
