Sparta Lawn Care, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a member of our marketing team as a Marketing Representative/ Door Hanger. If you are someone who enjoys working outdoors, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about making a difference, then this might be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Traveling to designated neighborhoods and suburbs to place marketing materials.
Meeting or exceeding marketing targets
Keeping records of areas marketing has been placed.
Collaborate with the management to identify and grow opportunities within our territory.
Utilize provided company software to track sales leads, customer interactions, and sales progress (if requested by management).
Occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and to network with potential clients.
Maintain a reliable form of personal transportation
Always ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills
Ability to be self-motivated while being communicative and active working with our team.
MUST have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. We run your Motor Vehicle Report to confirm.
