Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive/ Trader at Sparta Metal Processing. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in Sparta, TN, with flexibility for some remote work. Sparta Metal Processing is looking for a self-starting, highly motivated Account Executive. Main character qualities include work ethic, self-accountability, leadership and most importantly an individual that works well in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Business Development and Lead Generation Skills
- Knowledge of the Insulated Wire, Cable Recycling, or Scrap Metal Recycling is a plus
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in Metal Recycling or Sales is a plus
- Reports directly to Commercial Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must be a Tennessee resident or willing to relocate.
