Aviation Wash Technician
Overview:
Join our team as an Aviation Wash Technician, responsible for cleaning and detailing aircraft to maintain their appearance, safety, and longevity. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior and interior aircraft cleaning, including washing, waxing, and detailing.
- Conduct fuselage, wing, landing gear, and engine washing per company and manufacturer standards.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to maintain aircraft surfaces.
- Use approved cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect aircraft surfaces for dirt, residue, and potential damage, reporting any issues to maintenance personnel.
- Work as part of a team to complete scheduled and unscheduled aircraft cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
