Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft to ensure they meet airworthiness standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft maintenance, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Airbus.
- Previous work in a Part 121, Part 135, or MRO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance on aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including avionics, hydraulics, engines, and structures.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure operational safety.
- Follow manufacturer manuals, company procedures, and regulatory guidelines (FAA, EASA, etc.).
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with industry and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, operations teams, and maintenance control.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
