Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to technical specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform quality checks.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems based on technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect and test assembled parts for quality, functionality, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical assembly issues to ensure timely production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during all assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure assembly processes run smoothly.
• Document assembly work and report any issues or discrepancies.
