Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Mesa, AZ. This role is critical for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, fluency in Mandarin to collaborate with international teams, and a willingness to travel internationally for training purposes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
Strong background in manufacturing.
Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with international teams.
Willingness to travel internationally for training purposes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process optimization tools and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
