Role Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Construction Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and inspire a talented team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who excels at collaboration and is eager to deliver impactful, polished marketing campaigns tailored to the construction sector.
In this role, you will :
Lead and oversee the marketing team, driving strategic initiatives and executing innovative campaigns.
Manage and maintain corporate documentation for pre-qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop brochures, project profiles, and presentations that adhere to branding guidelines.
Oversee company branding efforts across marketing initiatives, proposals, and corporate events.
Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Plan and coordinate corporate engagement events and manage promotional items, corporate gifts, and sporting event tickets.
Ensure timely updates to the company website and intranet, collaborating with external consultants when needed.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including management, ideally within the construction services industry.
Proven ability to manage and mentor employees at various levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in copywriting and editing.
Self-directed, high-energy, and deadline-driven, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Creative design skills with the ability to generate and implement new ideas.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and video editing software.
Desired Qualifications
Strong ability to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
Familiarity with best practices in corporate branding and social media strategy.
