Pay Range : Assistant Project Manager : $85,000 - $95,000 | Senior Project Manager : $100,000

Role Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects of varying complexity and scope. This position requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams, coordinating all phases of construction to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget, and scheduling goals.
Manage project schedules and budgets, while overseeing subcontractor performance.
Coordinate resources and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide Project Engineers to support their professional growth.
Manage contracts, including negotiating change orders and ensuring financial accuracy.
Address challenges promptly to maintain project momentum and success.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software.
Desired Qualifications :
Experience in the automotive or industrial sector.
Self-motivated with strong client relationship skills.
Excellent problem-solving and planning capabilities.
