Glass Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Litchfield, MI
Salary : $90,000–$115,000 per year
Job Type : Full-time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and standard operating procedures.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, in glass production.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing-related tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
