Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver accurate HR reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business objectives.
Oversee system upgrades, customizations, and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security standards.
Lead analytics projects, improving efficiency and functionality through process enhancements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership teams to align technology with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years managing HRIS systems, including upgrades and customizations.
Hands-on experience with timekeeping systems and payroll processing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with BI tools for creating reports and dashboards.
Other Skills:
Proven ability to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally.
Successful track record of managing projects and driving measurable efficiency improvements.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience with HRIS implementations or large-scale upgrades.
Knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage/hour laws.
HRIS or project management certifications.
Experience developing KPIs and delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.
Leadership skills to train users and influence system adoption.
