Summary
The Vice President of Financial Aid will lead and oversee all financial aid operations across multiple campuses for a Spartan Education Group. This position ensures the institution's compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation regulations while delivering efficient and student-centered financial aid services. The VP of Student Finance will provide strategic leadership, implement best practices, and monitor the daily operational functions to achieve institutional goals.

- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and develop financial aid staff to deliver exceptional service and results
