Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, Botox, Kybella, and other injectables, as well as laser treatments and wellness services.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic and wellness goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring the highest level of safety and client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge services.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and track results.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed and certified NP/PA in the state where spa is located.
- Possess and maintain CPR certification.
- Must have 3 years of experience in administering dermal fillers, Botox, and other injectable treatments.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
- Sales and goal-driven mentality.
