Position Overview:
As a Premium Flooring Consultant, you will work directly with clients during in-home consultations, helping them design their perfect flooring solution. This part-time role offers $25/hour plus commission and is ideal for driven professionals passionate about customer satisfaction and premium service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations and create detailed estimates.
• Present Spartan Floor Coatings’ offerings with an emphasis on quality and customization.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Maintain meticulous records of consultations and project details.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or design consulting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
