We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant to join our team and deliver personalized in-home consultations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and building client relationships through face-to-face interactions.

Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will meet with clients in their homes, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that fit their vision. This part-time position offers $25/hour plus commission, providing you with the chance to earn based on your ability to close sales and create satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients’ homes to provide tailored product recommendations.
• Present flooring options confidently and answer client questions.
• Deliver accurate estimates and explain project details, including timelines and costs.
• Foster client relationships to create trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve sales goals through a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, especially in home services or flooring.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Familiarity with estimating tools is a bonus.
