Job Summary :
As Spartan's Design Build Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design-build delivery process for commercial construction projects. This role ensures alignment between design, preconstruction, and field operations teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely projects. The Design Build Manager collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline communication and ensure project success from conception through completion.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities :
1. Project Leadership
- Lead the design-build process, ensuring seamless integration of design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve client goals and project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design phase to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions.Partner with preconstruction teams to perform feasibility studies, value engineering, and budget analysis.Coordinate with field operations teams to transition projects from design to construction.3. Design Management
Oversee design activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.Review and approve design documents, ensuring constructability and adherence to company standards.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in the design phase.4. Client Relations and Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other key stakeholders.Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and interviews.Work with the sales team to develop project opportunities in the design-build delivery model.5. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design-build construction.Identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.Required Skills / Abilities :
