Key Responsibilities
The Roving Self-Storage Property Manager will be responsible for performing grassroots marketing in the local area and attending community events. This includes day-to-day light maintenance and repair of the facility, routine inspections adhering to audit standards, and creating an excellent customer experience. You will also be expected to promote and drive awareness of the FreeUp Storage brand and maintain accurate digital records.
Key competencies include communication, business acumen, customer centricity, initiative, technology, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent are required.
This is a full-time position offering $19 per hour with bonus potential, health/dental/vision benefits, 401K, PTO, and uniform stipend. We value teamwork, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of our business.
