Requirements:As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance to ensure our equipment operates efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Your responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs with mechanics and vendors, and optimizing fleet performance to reduce costs. You’ll maintain detailed records of servicing and compliance, manage the Limble system for tracking and scheduling, and lead the truck mechanic team to deliver quality service and timely repairs. The schedule for this position is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (Limble preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
All employees must successfully complete a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.
