As a Logistics Coordinator at Spartan Logistics, you'll be at the heart of our Kansas City, MO operation, ensuring seamless coordination of shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. This is not a call center role! Your responsibilities include processing shipments, managing warehouse inventory, building strong customer relationships, and assisting in the warehouse as needed. Working in a 24 / 7 operation, your schedule will be MondayFriday, 6 : 00 PM2 : 30 AM , with occasional weekends as required. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, based on experience, with an opportunity for an increase to $20.00 / hour after 90 days of employment. Qualifications :
- High school education or GED
- Proven customer support experience is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,).
- Strong organizational skills.
