Key Responsibilities:
- Perform acute visits
- Conduct routine visits
- Handle admissions and discharges
- Provide limited after-hours on-call support

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biology, chemistry, or pre-med)
- MD or DO degree
- Completed residency in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
- Board certification in internal or family medicine
- Valid medical license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in geriatric care or nursing home settings
- Reliable transportation
- Patience and clear communication for effective interaction
- Adaptability to handle various patient situations
