Courtesy Plumbing and Heating, a trusted and growing company serving the Castle Rock community for over 15 years, is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician to join our team. As a Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of boilers for both residential and commercial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a fast-growing business where every team member is valued and supported.
Responsibilities :
- Install new residential and commercial boilers, ensuring all components are properly fitted and comply with local building codes and safety standards
- Perform regular maintenance on boilers, including cleaning, testing, and calibrating components, to ensure peak performance and extend the lifespan of the systems
- Diagnose issues with boilers, including leaks, mechanical failures, and heating system malfunctions, and provide timely repairs to restore functionality
- Interact with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations for repair or replacement, and ensure satisfaction with the work performed
- Maintain accurate service records for each job, including parts used, hours worked, and any relevant notes about system conditions
- Work with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to company standards
