Content Creator (Videographer Role) – Short-Form Social Media Shoots

Spartan Media Group is launching Spartan Reels, a fast-growing content division focused on high-performing Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts for local businesses, influencers, and entrepreneurs.

We’re looking for social-media-savvy creators who want to get paid to film short-form content around the Tampa Bay area. This is a perfect side hustle or entry point into the world of marketing and media.

What You’ll Do:

• Go on-site to local businesses (gyms, car dealers, restaurants, etc.) and capture short-form video clips using your phone or DJI Pocket Osmo 3

• Follow a proven structure and creative brief—no editing required

• Help bring energy and creativity to the shoot (vibe matters!)

• Collaborate with our editor and team to turn around polished Reels quickly

• Stay up to date on trends (hooks, captions, formats) and bring ideas to the table

Who This Is For:

• You love being behind the camera and know how to get aesthetic, eye-catching shots

• You’ve made Reels or TikToks for yourself or others and have an eye for what pops

• You’re comfortable being on-site and working with local business owners

Compensation & Logistics:

• Paid per shoot (~$30/hour) — typical shoots last 1.5 to 2 hours

• No editing required — just show up, film, and send the footage
