CAS Manager
We are transforming our Client Accounting Services (CAS) from traditional support to a more strategic, consulting-focused approach. If you have strong accounting expertise, a passion for innovation, and experience leading CAS teams, we want you to help drive this transition!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the CAS team in providing accounting, reporting, and consulting services
- Assist clients with cloud-based accounting solutions, primarily QuickBooks Online (QBO) and third-party applications
- Guide clients in implementing and optimizing QBO and other accounting systems (SAGE, NetSuite, MS Dynamics)
- Manage client relationships and deliver proactive financial insights
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering growth and efficiency
- Work closely with firm leadership to refine and enhance CAS offerings
