Tax Senior Manager- PCS

  • Manager and Senior Manager level available

We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven CPA to join our Private Client Services management team -withpath to partner potential!

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively establishing workload priorities
  • Organize and plan individual jobs,
  • Supervise the work of others
  • Identify prospects, build and secure new client relationships
  • Cultivate a strong network of professional contacts and centers of influence.
  • Review returns for individual and corporate tax clients including federal, foreign and state and local
  • Manage federal and state tax audits
  • Research and consult on complex tax issues

    • Qualifications

  • 5 years of recent taxexperience in apublic accounting firm.
  • Private Client Services experience required
  • CPA required
  • Strong team management skills - the ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of people.
  • Demonstrated ability and presence as a role model for other staff and professionals, including as a result of professional and technical reputation.
  • Experience in one or more specialized areas / industries
  • Strong corporate tax and / or high net worth individual background and technical skills is a plus
