ABOUT THE ROLE
To qualify, you will need:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to connect quickly with customers
- Proven consultative sales skills with a genuine customer-first approach
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residential or direct sales experience
- Sales experience in plumbing or home services
As an In-Home Sales Rep, you'll spend each day connecting with customers in their homes, guiding them through Spartan Plumbing's products and services to meet their specific needs.
