Job Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support to the Office of Human Resources.
- Provides reception duties to the Office of Human Resources.
- Maintains accurate Human Resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Assists with planning and execution of special projects when needed - such as benefits enrollment, new employee orientation, and employee recognition events.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
HS diploma and clerical or administrative experience. Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related area and a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
