POSITION: Middle School Academic Coach
Grades 6-8
Position Summary:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid South Carolina teaching certification.
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the middle school level.
- Proven ability to use student-centered teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional coaching, and assessment practices.
- Skilled in data analysis to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
CONTRACT: 190 Days
EFFECTIVE: August 2025
