What You Will Do:
- Lead with Vision: Work alongside MGC Executive Leadership to create innovative strategies that promote growth and operational excellence.
- Foster a Thriving Business Climate: Ensure success by responding decisively and executing initiatives with sound reasoning, while being visible and engaged with staff and providers at all levels.
- Build & Empower: Recruit, select, and lead a talented management team, ensuring accountability and support for both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Drive Financial Success: Oversee the financial health of the department through responsible fiscal management, including budgeting, accounting, and timely reporting.
- Ensure Compliance & Innovation: Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, while pushing for operational effectiveness, cost containment, and quality care.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director, Lead CRNA, and vendors to manage contracts, drive service improvements, and lead capital and operational budgeting activities.
What You Will Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5 years in healthcare business operations (8-10 years preferred), with proven success in practice management, financial management, billing systems, and HR.
- Leadership & Innovation: A track record of building operational infrastructure to support both current operations and future growth.
