Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodruff Manor, a 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct age-specific and culturally appropriate resident care through the use of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, along with the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor, participate in resident, family, and staff education, demonstrate leadership skills, and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes.
- Ensure reports are filed accurately and maintain a clean, neat, and organized desk area to facilitate workflow, ensuring confidential and PHI information is properly secured.
