What are the responsibilities and job description for the NP-PA General Surgery position at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System?
MGC - Division of Surgery – Skylyn is seeking to hire a FULL TIME Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work with our Board-Certified General Surgeon on the SMC – Mary Black Campus. The ideal candidate will:
- Work 1:1 with our Board-Certified General Surgeon
- Provide surgical first assist
- Perform clinic duties diagnosing and treating general surgical patients
- Assisting with hospital rounds/call at multiple hospital locations
- First call will be 1:4 weekends to include hospital rounds
- New grads are welcome to apply but prior surgical experience is preferred!
