Production Stand-up Reach Truck Driver
DAY SHIFT: 6:30am-5:00pm, Overtime as needed
- Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
- Mon-Thurs
- Wed-Sat
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Complete cleaning assignments
- Conduct other tasks and liaison as directed by the Production Supervisor
- Cross training on the assembly line
- Ensure forklift is properly stored, charged, cleaned, and ready to operate
- Follow work instructions
- Forklift driving, movement of tires/wheels to the production line
- Inform supervisor of any damages, accidents or incidents
- Operate forklift in accordance with safety and standard working practices
- Operate forklift with care and with awareness to people and the environment
- Responsible for keeping work area clean
- Wear the required safety personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to the safety rules and regulations
- Work in all positions on the assembly line, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1 years of Stand-up Reach Truck experience
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and move continuously during working hours
- Availability to work overtime including weekends
- Ability to work any shift as required
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
