This internship will provide hands-on experience with HR programs, business practices and policies as well as daily operations and records retention, in a non-union manufacturing, Defense Contracting environment.

- Providing administrative support to the HR Team
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in multiple HR systems
- Organize, schedule, and execute events in support of employee
- Review exit surveys and schedule exit interviews
Basic Requirements:
Sparton interns must meet the following criteria:
- Active pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to work on-site in DeLeon Springs, FL
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar entry level HR role is a plus
- Experience with Excel, managing email, Canva, and Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills
