At Spartronics, the Supply Chain Clerk receives/issues kits and/or ships material for all business needs. Maintains accurate records of material transactions.

Essential Job Functions

· Executes inventory transactions and receives incoming inventory

· Audits inventory for accuracy

· Prepares kits for production along with shortages and production supplies

· Performs forklift responsibilities

· Ships product to customers

· Ships waybill preparation FEDEX/UPS

· Physically moves inventory components as required

Requirements

Required Experience

· High school diploma or GED

· 1 – 3 years of related work experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

· High level of attention to detail

· Good verbal and written communication

· Work well in team environment

· Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferred)

· Forklift experience (preferred)

· Ability and certification to drive company vehicles (preferred)

Requirements

· Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
