Job Overview:
The ABA Client Liaison will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local communities, families, and organizations to generate referrals for ABA therapy services. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled at building connections, fostering trust, and engaging with diverse communities to ensure families are aware of the ABA services available to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Networking:
Actively engage with families, community leaders, schools, and local organizations to promote ABA therapy services and generate client referrals. - Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, educators, and advocacy groups in the community. - Client Intake Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits of ABA therapy and assisting them through the initial intake process. - Referral Development:
Create strategies and initiatives to increase awareness of ABA therapy services, resulting in a steady flow of new clients. - Community Engagement:
Attend local events, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness of ABA therapy services and gather insights into community needs. - Feedback & Reporting:
Provide regular updates on outreach activities, client feedback, and growth opportunities to management, ensuring that efforts are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of local communities and networks in New Jersey.
- Experience in client outreach, community engagement, or business development, especially in special education or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
