We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our therapy clinic’s operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and seamless collaboration with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). This leadership role is integral to maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care, compliance, and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed mental health professional with a proven track record in clinical management, extensive knowledge of HMO policies and procedures, and a passion for driving quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Leadership:
• Oversee and manage clinical staff.
• Supervise therapy sessions to ensure ethical practices and high-quality care.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
• HMO Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to HMO policies, including referrals, authorizations, billing codes, and documentation requirements.
• Serve as the clinic’s expert on HMO operations to streamline administrative processes.
• Patient Management:
• Coordinate patient intake and manage scheduling to optimize caseloads within HMO parameters.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to meet both clinical and HMO guidelines.
• Financial Oversight:
• Oversee billing practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with HMO standards.
• Optimize utilization of services while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to track patient outcomes and meet HMO standards.
• Regularly review clinical practices to ensure they align with the clinic’s mission and HMO requirements.
Required Qualifications:
