We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Psychologists to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year!
About the Role:
Counselors will deliver in-person services in public, private, or charter schools across NYC’s five boroughs (elementary, middle, and/or high school placements available). Our team works closely with you to find the right school and customize a caseload that fits your goals. Whether you're looking to enhance your existing caseload or transition into school-based therapy, Sparx Services offers a variety of flexible opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services in school-based settings.
- Work with students from elementary to high school, depending on placement.
- Monitor, track, and report progress on IEP goals.
- Develop and implement creative goal plans aimed at improving student well-being.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Qualifications:
- NYS License: LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) required.
