Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Administrator/Staff located in Charlotte, NC. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, handling garnishments, managing payroll taxes. Additional duties include collaborating with accounting and department Managers related to payroll issues. Employee engagement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and handling Garnishments
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Employee Benefits administration
- Basic Accounting skills related to payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with payroll software and systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
