Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Content Manager - Subject Matter Expert to join our team.
Summary of Major Job Functions
- Non-technical activities: Project management, project planning, strategy roadmap creation, requirements gathering, competitive sourcing, strategic planning and process improvement, analyses of alternatives, cost analysis
- Technical activities: Object-oriented Content management, create data flow diagrams, technical assessment of current processes, Gap Analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Content Management systems for use by the FDA
- Serves as experienced leader and expert of different ECM tools and technologies
- Work with Center directors to develop requirements and review progress
- Assist with Project planning
- Assist with project budgeting and accounting, especially with regards to AWS Cloud costs
- Recommend potential future directions and products
- Provide technical assessments of Enterprise Content Services
- Provide Gap analyses between current as-is services
- Provide Gap Analyses of current services and future possible Cloud based Enterprise Content platforms
- Assess scaling needs for cloud resources, future storage needs, and future costs and impacts of said storage needs
- Recommend specific enterprise capable cloud-content services products and features that could be leveraged to reduce costs or increase performance
- Create strategies and roadmaps to eliminate or minimize functional gaps with current systems
- Provide overall Level of Effort for project’s next phases and implementation of proposed solutions
- Serves as a senior advisor to customer’s executive management team in a variety of capacities. Key responsibilities include: Providing advice and expertise in competitive sourcing, outsourcing methods, conducting value chain analysis, strategic planning and process improvement methods, change enablement and management, site-selection, and consolidation of operations
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with different ECM tools and technologies
- Experience with Object-Oriented Content Management
- Experience with Documentum
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- Prior FDA experience with FDA hardware both On-Premises and Cloud
Additional Information:
- In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the US

Other Information:
- The salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually
- This role offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote with the understanding that occasional on-site presence may be required to support client needs
