Description
Spatial Front Inc. is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to join the team supporting our client.
Non-technical activities: Provide onsite support (including walkup kiosk), assist with tracking (systems, documentation), communications and interpersonal relationships, prioritization of tasks, SOP and User Guide development and maintenance.
Technical activities: HSPM ticket management, Iron Key management, SharePoint management, refresh support, ITC support, hardware order tracking and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- A successful candidate must be able to provide onsite support at our client's facility in College Park, MD, five days/week.
- Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems, equipment management, and help desk/inbox support is required.
- This role will provide direct support to federal client - demonstrated experience in supporting federal employees is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
- Address technical support inquiries through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and applications for government client’s onsite employees.
- Document, monitor, and manage issues to guarantee prompt resolution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to boost user satisfaction onsite.
- Work with team members to enhance processes and support strategies.
- Assist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides.
- Support administration of HSPM ticket management, Iron Key Management, hardware order tracking and delivery, refresh support, customer relations management and outreach, ITC support, SharePoint management of the CITL site, and RQST IT support.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited university in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
