Come join our talented team that, upon contract award, will deliver Application Operations, Maintenance, and Modernization services in support of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Customer Relationship and Performance Management (OCRPM). HUD OCRPM oversees application functions and serves as a central point of contact for coordinating technical activities among various OCIO Divisions, including the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Investment Management, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Policy and e-Gov, IT Operations, and IT Security offices.
This position offers a flexible, primarily remote work arrangement with the expectation of traveling to the company headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, a few times per year.
Summary of Major Job Functions
- Facilitates meetings/sessions to define system requirements and system design for specific fixes, enhancements, and re-engineering efforts
- Applies standard programming procedures and detailed knowledge of pertinent subject matter in a programming area
- Works according to approved statements of requirements and detailed specifications
- Recognizes probable interactions of other related programs and is familiar with related system software and computer equipment
- Solves conventional programming problems
- Designs and implements modifications to the interrelation of files and records within programs
- Responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic or coding
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides IT Subject Matter Expertise and Business Analysis
- Guides Salesforce and Cloud operations activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent business administration or related field. Six (6) years of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- At least five plus (5 ) years of experience in design, development and implementation of complex, large-scale computer systems and Web applications, including system maintenance, modification, and resolution of system errors.
- 3 years of experience in DevOps (Software development and information technology operations)
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- 3 years of experience with Azure cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or similar cloud environments, proven expertise working with local area networks (LAN), Unisys/IBM Mainframe data environments, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, and supported HUD OCIO systems
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Certification(s) in in Cloud Development/Architecture
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- The salary for this position is $125,000 - $142,000annually
