About the Role

Join Our Growing Team as Chief of Staff to the CEO! ??

This high-impact role involves driving operational excellence, fostering international growth, and ensuring alignment across global teams. With extensive global travel between Europe, Japan, India, and the United States , this position offers a unique opportunity to influence SpatialChat’s growth trajectory in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

What You’ll Do

1.Global Market, Product Operations, and Corporate Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global market expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support initiatives to unlock growth opportunities across multiple regions.

2.Insights and KPI Development

  • Analyze data from our products and teams to generate actionable insights.
  • Create and track KPIs to measure success and identify improvement areas.

    • 3.Executive Prioritization

  • Assist the CEO in defining and aligning monthly and quarterly priorities.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet objectives globally.

    • 4.Special Initiatives Execution

  • Lead execution of high-priority CEO initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Facilitate leadership involvement in critical projects, business reviews, and planning sessions.

    • 5.Strategic Advising

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Partner with teams across geographies to solve complex challenges.

    • 6.Communication Planning

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for customers, partners, and internal initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

    • 7.Problem-Solving and Collaboration

  • Identify roadblocks to success and implement effective solutions.
  • Promote collaboration and synergies across teams and regions.

    • 8.Board Meeting Preparation

  • Coordinate with executives to prepare materials for board meetings and strategic reviews.

    • 9.Global Travel and Engagement

    Travel extensively between Europe, Japan, India, and the United States to align teams, execute initiatives, and build key partnerships.

    What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 3 years in startups, with a focus on strategy, operations, or global business development.
  • Global Mindset : Deep understanding of international markets and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Skills : Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive Attitude : Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location : Must be based near San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Sunnyvale.
