About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Health Services team at Spaulding Academy & Family Services.
- Administration of medication and monitoring patient health
- Aiding in assessments for illness and providing general first aid when needed
- Temperature checks and education on health-related topics to students, families, and staff members
- Shared responsibilities with the Health Services team, including on-call duties
Responsibilities Overview
The ideal candidate will possess active New Hampshire RN or LPN licensure and have experience working in pediatric/psychiatric and neurobehavioral settings. Prior work in academic settings, long-term care facilities, or pediatric medical environments is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatments administered
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to students, families, and staff members on various health topics
- Support shared on-call responsibilities with the Health Services team
