- Develop and review project specifications, ensuring they meet design and performance standards.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage change orders and create purchase orders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and roofing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
