What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative position at Spay and Neuter of SLC?
Spay and Neuter of SLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, competent, up-beat, and friendly CSR to join our team. This is a full-time position working four 10-hour-shifts.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and select Saturdays 7:00am-6:00pm or 9:00am-3:00pm. We are closed most major Holidays. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
Spay and Neuter of SLC is a high volume, high quality, fast-paced surgical clinic located in Murray, UT, we have been practicing in the area since 1999. We perform a variety of surgical needs, but mainly spaying and neutering on cats and dogs, as well as dental procedures on cats and dogs. Spay and Neuter of SLC strives to provide the best care possible for our patients while keeping our prices economical for the community. We work closely with many rescue groups and are proud of the care and service we provide.
The CSR plays a critical role in the success of the practice. Candidates must be comfortable in a high volume, fast-paced, and potentially stressful yet highly rewarding work setting. CSR responsibilities include customer service, patient care, client education, managing multiple phone lines, email and text correspondence, client invoicing, patient check in and check out, managing the surgery appointment schedule, keeping all public and employee areas clean and sanitized, data entry, payment processing, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs often throughout the day.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
