Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes building and ground maintenance, production equipment repair, and ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Repair and maintain production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
- Implement and monitor security and emergency preparedness procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Verify the quality of work completed by vendors and contractors.
- Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications to improve efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid NC driver's license required.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with lifting up to 120 pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and crawl spaces.
- Ability to climb rooftop access ladders.
