SPCA Florida Public Veterinary Medical Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Surgery Specialist. We have a very supportive team and an interesting caseload located in sunny Lakeland, Florida.
SPCA Florida Veterinary Medical Clinic is a community-focused multi-doctor practice. Every doctor is assisted by 2 technicians and a host of backup technicians to assist with blood work, x-rays, and medications. Our state-of-the-art hospital equipment includes digital radiology, a full-service in-house IDEXX lab, laser therapy, ultrasonography, and digital dental radiology to name a few.
Our team of doctors and technicians work, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No Saturdays or Sundays. Our administration values work-life balance and promotes a positive and collaborative work environment. We provide compassion care funds, so no animal is turned away. In addition, we offer a $2,000 Continuing Education (CE) credit in your first year, plus additional benefits thereafter.

Requirements
- Possession of a doctorate in veterinary medicine from an approved school of veterinary medicine.
- Must have or be able to qualify for DEA license
