Job Description :
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and managing all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and at the specified quality.
Responsibilities :
- Assists project team and staff from preconstruction through the closeout and warranty of a project
- Inspect and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
- Review and process material and subcontractor submittals
- Review, prepare, and process RFI’s with design teams and clients
- Prepare on-site meeting agendas, including keeping up with all project logs. (RFI logs, change order logs, submittal logs)
- Prepare subcontract scope sheets with subcontractors, suppliers, and others
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues
- Evaluate project quality and progress and prepare detailed reports
- Assist project team in closeout document execution. (Punchlist and as-built plans)
